How we label paid content
Every paid placement is clearly labeled Advertisement, Sponsored or Featured Partner, set apart with its own styling, and never placed inside a news story. A partnership buys placement, not coverage: partners get no special news treatment, and when we report on a partner from public records, we add a disclosure line. Partner copy is supplied or approved by the partner and checked for facts.
